Products & Availability

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our products.

Because many of our products are handmade, decorated, personalized, or made to order, minor variations may occur between products.

Product colors may also appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, material, and manufacturer.

Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, designs, and pricing are subject to change.

Product Mockups

Some images displayed on our website are digital mockups intended to provide a representation of the finished product.

Actual design size, placement, garment color, proportions, and other details may vary slightly from the digital representation.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the information provided for custom orders, including:

Names • Dates • Spelling • Sizes • Colors • Wording • Personalization • Design details

Once a custom or personalized product enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Submitting a Custom Order Request does not automatically constitute a completed purchase. Custom-order details, availability, pricing, and payment must be confirmed before production begins.

Customer-Provided Artwork

When submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other materials for customization, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials for the requested purpose.

We reserve the right to decline a custom-order request when we believe we cannot appropriately produce the requested content or when there are concerns regarding intellectual-property rights.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Orders must be paid according to the payment terms provided before production or fulfillment begins.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors.

Order Cancellations

Orders may generally be cancelled before production or material ordering has begun.

Once we have started creating an order or purchased materials specifically for a custom order, the order may no longer be cancelled or refundable.

Shipping & Pickup

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping estimates provided by a carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Corrections

Because many of our products are custom or made to order, we do not offer general returns for change of mind.

If Countryside Custom Designs makes an error or an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us according to the timeframe and instructions provided in our Returns, Exchanges & Corrections Policy.

That policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Apparel Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before ordering.

Measurements and available colors can be found on our Sizing & Colors page and/or individual product listings.

Because made-to-order apparel is produced specifically for the customer, ordering the incorrect size does not automatically qualify an item for a refund.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with products and on our Product Care page.

Countryside Custom Designs is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, cleaning, burning, storage, application, or other use inconsistent with the provided care and safety instructions.

Candles

Candles must be used according to all included warning labels and safety instructions.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Customers are responsible for following the safety instructions included with the product.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content belonging to Countryside Custom Designs—including our business branding, photographs, graphics, written content, and original designs—is owned by or licensed to Countryside Custom Designs and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
